Welcome to Firmware Next. By accessing or using our platform to download smartphone firmwares, flash files, and dump files, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

हिंदी: Firmware Next में आपका स्वागत है। हमारे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करके स्मार्टफोन फ़र्मवेयर और फ़्लैश फ़ाइलें डाउनलोड करने का मतलब है कि आप हमारी इन शर्तों (Terms and Conditions) से सहमत हैं। कृपया कोई भी खरीदारी करने से पहले इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. Account & Security / अकाउंट और सुरक्षा

You must provide accurate information (Name, Email, Phone Number) during registration.
अकाउंट बनाते समय आपको सही जानकारी (नाम, ईमेल, फोन नंबर) देनी होगी।
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
अपने अकाउंट के पासवर्ड की सुरक्षा बनाए रखने की जिम्मेदारी आपकी होगी।
Any suspicious activity or account sharing may result in an immediate ban without a refund.
किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि या अकाउंट शेयर (Account Sharing) करने पर आपको बिना रिफंड के बैन (Ban) किया जा सकता है।

2. Payments & Credits System / पेमेंट्स और क्रेडिट सिस्टम

All payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments. (सभी पेमेंट्स सुरक्षित रूप से Cashfree के माध्यम से प्रोसेस किए जाते हैं।)

Users can purchase files individually or buy subscription plans to earn "Credits" (CR).
यूज़र्स सिंगल फाइलें खरीद सकते हैं या "क्रेडिट्स (CR)" पाने के लिए सब्सक्रिप्शन प्लान ले सकते हैं।
Credits added via subscription plans will expire based on your plan's validity (e.g., 30 Days).
सब्सक्रिप्शन से मिले क्रेडिट्स आपके प्लान की अवधि (जैसे 30 दिन) के अनुसार समाप्त (Expire) हो जाएंगे।
Once a file is unlocked using credits or direct purchase, it can be re-downloaded at any time as long as your account is active.
एक बार क्रेडिट्स या पेमेंट से अनलॉक की गई फाइल को आप कभी भी दोबारा मुफ्त में डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं (जब तक अकाउंट एक्टिव है)।

3. Refund Policy / रिफंड पॉलिसी

Because Firmware Next provides digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file is downloaded or credits are consumed. For detailed rules, please read our complete Refund Policy.

चूंकि Firmware Next डिजिटल फाइल्स (Digital Goods) देता है, इसलिए सभी सेल फाइनल हैं। फाइल डाउनलोड होने या क्रेडिट इस्तेमाल होने के बाद कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा। विस्तृत नियमों के लिए, कृपया हमारी रिफंड पॉलिसी पढ़ें।

4. Disclaimer of Liability (Flashing Risk) / जिम्मेदारी का अस्वीकरण

Important: Flashing a smartphone carries inherent risks. Firmware Next provides verified files, but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any dead devices (bricked phones), loss of data, IMEI null issues, or hardware damage caused by using our files. You must have technical knowledge and use these files at your own risk.

महत्वपूर्ण: स्मार्टफोन को फ्लैश करने में हमेशा रिस्क होता है। हम वेरीफाइड फाइल्स देते हैं, लेकिन हमारी फाइल का उपयोग करने से अगर आपका फोन डेड (Dead) हो जाता है, डेटा डिलीट हो जाता है या IMEI चला जाता है, तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी Firmware Next की नहीं होगी। फ्लैशिंग का काम अपने रिस्क पर करें।

5. Fair Usage & Prohibited Activities / प्रतिबंधित गतिविधियां

Mass downloading using automated scripts or bots is strictly prohibited.
बॉट्स (Bots) या स्क्रिप्ट्स के ज़रिए एक साथ बहुत सारी फाइलें डाउनलोड करना सख्त मना है।
Reselling direct download links generated from our servers is not allowed.
हमारे सर्वर के डायरेक्ट डाउनलोड लिंक को दूसरों को बेचना मना है।
Attempting to bypass our Cashfree payment gateway or JWT authentication system will lead to permanent IP blocks and legal action.
पेमेंट या सिक्योरिटी सिस्टम (JWT) से छेड़छाड़ करने की कोशिश करने पर कायदे से IP ब्लॉक कर दिया जाएगा और कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
